By placing an order with hi3amigos, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Due to the consumable nature of many of our products, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
hi3amigos accepts return requests within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product purchase price, subject to the conditions below.

In these cases, actual shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For returns due to our error, such as an incorrect item being shipped, we will cover return shipping costs and provide instructions.
For damaged or defective items, we will cover return shipping costs when a return is required.
For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns. hi3amigos is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit without tracking or insurance.
hi3amigos does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for a refund, subject to eligibility requirements, and place a new order.
The only exception is for damaged or defective products, where we may send a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
If you have received confirmation that your refund has been processed but the credit has not appeared in your account:
